From 54 qt IglooTM to 172 qt Rubbermaid TM coolers, Jersey Surf ProductsTM builds cooler racks to fit them all. Select the correct size for your truck and choose the right options for your fishing needs. Custom work is available if you have something special in mind. Our 15 years of experience with Jersey Surf ProductsTM allows us to help you select the correct size for your truck and choose the right options for your fishing needs. Check with your local motor vehicle agency to ensure legal compliance. Outside Dimensions (OSD) have been provided on some items to help with selection. Aluminum Cooler Racks style BACR and ACR can be fabricated to be shippable. Just order option #6 (UPS Knock Down). The rod tubes are welded to removable brackets, making unit collapsible and easy to reassemble. All Jersey Surf ProductsTM come in a shippable version.
Jersey Surf ProductsTM- "Original" Aluminum Cooler Racks - ACR The "Original" Jersey Surf ProductsT"" Aluminum Cooler Racks (ACR) are made from alloy 6063-T5 and given a brushed finish. All seams are f ully welded utilizing State of the Art TIG equipment. Racks can be ordered with standard 26" long tubes or with staggered tube height (26", 28", 30", etc.). Racks are lightweight, yet strong due to their tubular construction.

Jersey Surf Prod uctsTM "Deluxe" line of Bright Aluminum CoolerRacks (BACR) and Bright Aluminum Rod Racks (BARR) are constructed of formed bright-anodized pipe for the ultimate in beauty and durability. The bright-anodized alloy 6463-T5 pipe is chrome-like in appearance and the flowing lines of these racks look great on newer trucks with aerodynamic noses. BACR Cooler racks come standard with staggered tube height, however options will allow for the customization of any rack to suit your fishing needs. BACR Cooler Rack options include; bait tubes, bungee cord tabs, extra tubes on back, cutting boards, and bucket hoops. |
