Headquarters is a factory authorized reel warranty service
center for PENN REELS. You may bring your reels into the store
or ship reels to us for service. Please, include a note
telling us your return address, a contact phone number and a
full description of problems. Service work can be paid via
Visa, Master Card or American Express. To inquiry about
Service or to order reel parts you may phone us any morning, except
Tuesday, and ask to talk to our Service Department. Our phone
