Warranty Disclaimer

Fisherman’s Headquarters makes no guarantees and offers no warranty. Most fishing tackle brands/manufacturers provide consumer warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship for one year. Contact must be made directly with the manufacturer. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, so we are available to assist with contact information to help smooth the process.

FH is a Factory Authorized Van Staal Reel, Penn Reel and Rhodan Trolling Motor Service Center. We do not hold warranty authorization powers; however we do service and forward information on behalf of customers to the factory for approval. The manufacturers are the sole authority.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our website is powered by Shopify, the world’s leading eCom platform which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, the highest level. Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide customer support and communicate with relevant updates and in house marketing.

We do not sell customer data. Limited information is shared with service providers (e.g., shipping carriers, drop-ship manufacturers) for order fulfillment.

Customers may opt out of marketing emails or SMS messages at any time.

Gift Card Policy

FH Gift cards do not expire and do not incur fees over time. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. FH is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
