How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays or stockouts, we will contact you directly to discuss options. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via USPS, DHL, or UPS. Please note, international shipping may be slow and expensive with limited tracking updates. Understand that custom duties, taxes and/or tariffs are unknown to us if not already published in the checkout. The responsibility of payment is on the purchaser at time of delivery.
How much is shipping for my order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for new merchandise in brand-new, unused condition. After 15 days, returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and require prior approval. Read our Return Policy.
Can I return an item after 15 days?
Yes, but as per our return policy, 15 days after the delivery date requires return authorization. Please contact us to proceed with approval. Order(s) may incur a 10% restocking fee.
How can I exchange an item?

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. We can provide a return shipping label for a fee, which may be more affordable than shipping via other carriers.
Can I return or exchange live bait?
No, live bait sales are final due to the perishable nature of the product.

Can I return or exchange special order items?
No, special order items requested by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return a reel that has been spooled with custom line?
No, once a reel has been spooled with custom line, it is considered personalized and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us after three delivery attempts, we will cancel your order and refund the amount minus shipping fees. Reshipping will incur additional charges.
Do I need to sign for high-value orders?
Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. Please prepare for this when placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to begin the return or exchange process.
How long do I have to return an item bought during the holiday season?
We extend the return and exchange window during the holiday season by an additional 15 days to accommodate early shopping.
