How long does it take to process my order? ➕
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays or stockouts, we will contact you directly to discuss options. Do you ship internationally? ➕
Yes, we ship internationally via USPS, DHL, or UPS. Please note, international shipping may be slow and expensive with limited tracking updates. Understand that custom duties, taxes and/or tariffs are unknown to us if not already published in the checkout. The responsibility of payment is on the purchaser at time of delivery.

How do I change or cancel my order? ➕

What is your return policy? ➕
We offer a 15-day return window for new merchandise in brand-new, unused condition. After 15 days, returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and require prior approval. Read our Return Policy.
Can I return an item after 15 days? ➕
Yes, but as per our return policy, 15 days after the delivery date requires return authorization. Please contact us to proceed with approval. Order(s) may incur a 10% restocking fee.
How can I exchange an item? ➕

Do I need to pay for return shipping? ➕
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. We can provide a return shipping label for a fee, which may be more affordable than shipping via other carriers.
Can I return or exchange live bait? ➕
No, live bait sales are final due to the perishable nature of the product.

Can I return or exchange special order items? ➕
No, special order items requested by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return a reel that has been spooled with custom line? ➕
No, once a reel has been spooled with custom line, it is considered personalized and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens if my order is returned to sender? ➕
If your package is returned to us after three delivery attempts, we will cancel your order and refund the amount minus shipping fees. Reshipping will incur additional charges.
Do I need to sign for high-value orders? ➕
Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. Please prepare for this when placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged? ➕
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to begin the return or exchange process.
How long do I have to return an item bought during the holiday season? ➕
We extend the return and exchange window during the holiday season by an additional 15 days to accommodate early shopping.
