We value our customers and our reputable online business (selling fishing tackle online since 1997) as well as our brick and mortar retail establishment (est. 1962). Fisherman's Headquarters Inc is a brick and mortar retail establishment solely located in Ship Bottom, NJ and is in no way affiliated with any other fishing tackle retailer or manufacture. Do not get confused with others with similar names. We are the original!

Warranty:

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction; therefore, bring warranty issues to our attention for guidance. We'll assist; however, warranty issues must be directly addressed with the manufacture. Fisherman's Headquarters (FH) makes no warranty, guarantee or promise of any kind.

Most fishing tackle manufactures solely warrant their products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage or malfunction caused by accident, abuse, normal use or expected wear.

Do you have fishing tackle that is broken and in need of repair service? Fisherman's Headquarters is a full service tackle shop that offers rod and reel service. We are New Jersey's Exclusive Factory Authorized Van Staal Reels Service Center. We are also a Factory Authorized Penn Reels Service and Parts Center. Contact us if you need help.

Please note that in the case of a drop ship, the manufacture must be provided the customer's shipping information (only the name, address and phone #).
